Anteprima Alice nella città
Si terrà giovedì 10 ottobre alle ore 20.30 al Cinema Adriano di Roma alla presenza dei due registi Ian Bonhôte e Peter Ettedgui, e di Matthew Reeve, figlio di Christopher Reeve.
In occasione del ventesimo anniversario della morte di Christopher Reeve, Alice nella città rende omaggio al grande attore con una proiezione speciale organizzata con Warner Bros e con i direttori di Alice nella città Fabia Bettini e Gianluca Giannelli.
“Siamo molto felici – dichiarano Fabia Bettini e Gianluca Giannelli – di poter presentare questo documentario che racconta non solo la vita di un grande attore ma ci permette di raccontare un uomo straordinario che è riuscito ad incarnare l’eroe non solo sulla schermo ma nella vita di tutti i giorni mettendosi al servizio degli altri”.
“Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story” offre un ritratto intimo della vita di Reeve, con immagini inedite, interviste ai tre figli William, Matthew e Alexandra e testimonianze di grandi attori hollywoodiani che erano colleghi e amici di Reeve come Susan Sarandon, Glenn Close e Robin Williams, al quale era legatissimo, che ne descrivono il percorso personale e professionale.
La proiezione con i due registi e Matthew Reeve sarà anche l’occasione per far conoscere al pubblico italiano la Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation dedicata alla cura delle lesioni al midollo spinale attraverso la promozione di ricerche innovative e il miglioramento della qualità della vita delle persone e delle famiglie affette da paralisi.
